Join Our Team!

The dream of working in baseball is out there – and a lot of people are dreaming it. The best way to break in to the business is with an internship – and we’re hiring! Each winter the Senators look for a group of people who all exhibit a few key traits; you have to be hardworking, passionate, willing to work long hours, and very energetic. Our internships run from January 7, 2013 – September 2013 (end date dependent on the end of the season). We don’t require previous baseball experience, just an unparalleled desire to produce good work that will entertain Senators fans through the 2013 season. While our full-time internships are department specific, the individuals hired will get hands on experience in all of the inner workings of a minor league baseball team.

One of our interns from last season had this to say about his time as an intern : “My internship with the Harrisburg Senators was an invaluable experience. Although I was a sales intern, I was able to experience a wide range of jobs and responsibilities that helped me grow both personally and professionally. The opportunity to learn how a sports organization runs from the ground up is fascinating, and I can say without question that an internship with the Senators provides you all the tools to be highly successful in the sports industry.” – Tom Kronenberger
