Game 45 vs. Richmond: Lineup and Notes
The Senators return home for a seven game homestand beginning Friday night against the Richmond Flying Squirrels. The Senators are coming off consecutive series victories on the prior road trip, after they took the series finale against Erie thanks to a seventh inning go-ahead home run by Neftali Soto. Game four of the series was postponed due to weather on Thursday. The Senators won two of three against the Flying Squirrels in their only prior matchup, which came on the previous road trip.
With the win on Wednesday, the Senators finished their first winning road trip of the season at 4-2, and capped off a stretch where they have played 11 of 14 games away from FNB Field. Beginning Friday night, the Senators enter a stretch where 13 of the next 16 games are at home.
