Erick Fedde (Samuel Getty / Harrisburg Senators)

The following transactions have taken place today affecting the roster of the Harrisburg Senators:

Reliever Erick Fedde and catcher Spencer Kieboom have been promoted to AAA Syracuse.

Fedde was 1-0 with a 2.63 ERA in 10 relief appearances for the Senators since the Nationals’ top rated pitching prospect was moved to the bullpen.

With former Senator Pedro Severino hitting the disabled list, Kieboom will get his first taste of Triple-A. He slashed .222/.320/.322 in 113 games over the last two seasons in Harrisburg while serving as the primary backstop last year and backup to Raudy Read this season.

The corresponding move for the Senators is getting catcher Jake Lowery from Single-A Potomac. Lowery appeared in two games for Harrisburg last season.
