Senators Roster Moves: Neftali Soto promoted; Isaac Ballou activated off the DL

The following transactions have taken place today affecting the roster of the Harrisburg Senators:
Neftali Soto was promoted to Triple-A Syracuse. The 28-year-old was batting .329, second in the entire Eastern League, with 10 home runs, 19 doubles, 44 runs driven in.
The corresponding move was activating Isaac Ballou off the disabled list. Ballou is hitting .232 in 36 games with the Senators in 2017.
